We design and run MEAL systems and impact evaluations for organisations working on sustainable development, ESG and responsible value chains, giving funders, implementing partners and communities a clear, credible view of what a programme is actually achieving.
What this covers
We build MEAL frameworks from the ground up: theory of change, indicators, data collection tools and reporting rhythms sized to the programme itself. For programmes already underway, we can step in as an independent evaluator, running baseline, midline or endline studies and assessing outcomes against the original programme design.
We also support ESG and value-chain due diligence work: risk assessments, verification of claims made along a supply chain, and monitoring frameworks for responsible sourcing commitments, including in artisanal and small-scale mining contexts.
How we work
We keep evaluation independent from implementation. That means we typically work alongside the organisation running the programme on the ground. This keeps findings credible to funders and communities alike.
Every engagement ends with something usable: a results framework, a report written for the audience that needs to act on it, and, where useful, a short learning session with the programme team to walk through what the findings mean in practice.
